Discuss in a 2-3 page reflection paper your current state of well-being for multiple dimensions, how the class helped you grow in your personal sustainability, and how this virtual term affected your wellness. Spend time talking about each area of wellness and collectively as a whole. Example questions to consider are:

What did you learn about yourself and your perception of well-being? Explain
What area of wellness do you have a better understanding of? Explain
