Each group member should complete the sleep habits assessment and track their sleep habits for one week. In the group’s presentation, each member should reflect on their personal current sleep habits by explaining:
how many hours of sleep they think they need every night to function at their best. How can they tell?
on an average, how many hours of sleep did they get on weeknights?
on average, how many hours of sleep did they get on weekendnights?
what gets in the way of them consistently getting enough sleep.
changes they can make to their schedule and/or routines that might improve their sleep habits.
Please note I am a 31 yo pregnant wife and mother.
